Looking at the gains I get from achieving something.
What rewards can I give myself along the way but keep myself on track (if it's a long term goal)?
Can I schedule it, can I follow the structure? Should I ease into it?
Will it benefit me in the long-run?
How does the hardship compare with the gains?

in most of the time i don`t need motivation coz most of the time if i`m feeling like doing something, i do it and if i don`t then i don`t .
but, if it`s something so important and my life and my future depends on it like school .. i remind myself of what will happen if i don`t continue.for example if i quit school,my ways for success will be indefinite, so you can say it`s fear from the unknown future that motivates me in this kind of situations .

Depends but online it is trying to stand up to modzillas aka mods when they go to far.Music when it depends what mood I am in .
