Hello all AFZ nice to meet all normal members ..... that does NOT INCLUDE MODS/ADMINS ie. I have a brother who has been bullyied and done so brutlly on many sites and I saw what my brother said and many mods would call him a freak for his oppinions on anime and anime he likes and does not like and many more things like he was (just think along of the ways of attacking his character) so I see mods/admins in a dark light or as dictators so it would be mods/admins prove me wrong and show how FRIENDLY YOU ARE. Sorry all for that and for my tiny anime collection ):.I have GREAT RESPECT TO ORDINARY MEMBERS :).Hope I make friends here.
I am a bit of a anime otaku but hate cosplay and subs but have been following anime for over 16 years!!!
My top 5 anime are
1.Urotsukidoji
2.Big windup
3.Ninja scroll uncut movie
4.Wicked city
5.Rumbling hearts

MY most HATED anime are
1.Full metal alchimist
2.naruto
3.bleach
4.bible black
5.All studio ghibli films

MY online likes are.
1.flash games
2.forums
3.ordinary members

My online hates are .
1.MODS/ADMINS
2.small forums
3.non-active forums.

I have 5 fanfics ranging from g rated and a very heavy r rated one.

I see that you have watched Neon Genesis Evangelion yet it isn't in the top 5? Strange, however impressive track record~

Yes I have seen it all but its had alot of hard compition but it would be in top 20 another thing I liked about it was the angel 13 and the dummy plug system was brutal.

Yeah the fight against Bardiel was pretty gruesome, however I prefer to remember the more psychological theme of the anime. It has qualities that other animes seem to lack, in my opinion its less of an anime and more of a psychological masterpiece.
However the Rebuild of Evangelion movie adaptations due tend to favor the action above all else, but still retain a good sense of the old Evangelion feeling~

Well my top 5 is:
1) Neon Genesis Evangelion (obviously :P)
2) RaHxephon (even though it is practically a duplicate of NGE, it still has a respectable story and psychological element)
3) Death Note
4) Code Geass
5) Angel Beats

quite well known animes I guess, but I do try to keep away from the mainstream when I can, with the exception of RaHxephon which seems to elude quite a few Otaku's for reasons that escape me, possibly because it lives in NGE's shadow~
And well the most brutal scene in NGE in terms of physical abuse would probably have to be the one you already stated, (its brutality is magnified more heavily in Rebuild 2.0), though in End of Evangelion the Instrumentality scene would be in my mind classified to be the most brutal simply because...well if you have watched EOE then you would know. Though that isn't technically NGE but its simply the last two episodes retold in a more easier to understand way~
